I am frustrated with the lack of communication with a seller on ebay. I purchased a brand new battery for my powerbook g4. The seller stated in their ad that the battery lasts 5 hours. I paid $80 for the miracle battery and shipping was free. Once I received the new battery, out of giddyness, I decided to test the battery to see if it may last longer than 5 hours. To my disappointment, the battery lasted for exactly 3 hours. I figured that since it's still new, I have to give it a few charging sessions before it would perform at it's full capability. Sadly, after charging and uncharging the battery for about 3 cycles in a row, the battery still lasted for 3 hours. I emailed the seller asking if I had received one of their regular replacement battery by mistake instead of the superior 5 hour replacement battery. She replied back giving me instructions on how to cycle the battery and that I would need to do that for 7 cycles. Excited, once again, I tried the cycling process. This time I've done is more than a dozen times within a week. No changes. Disappointed, I emailed the seller again. Waited for 3 full business days with no reply. So I sent another, waiting about 4 days. No reply. This is the message from the ebay seller's page of the battery I had purchased:
